By 2023 , the Algerian Muslim scouts will be the leading educational youth movement in Algeria, enabling 250 thousands young people to be active citizens creating positive change in their local and global communities based on shared values. “The Vision for Scouting, Vision 2023”, was adopted at the 33th National Council in Staouali, Algeria, 2020.
