The Governorate of Blida province’s Algerian Muslim Scouts Itinerant Division will be organizing an inter-wilaya conference concerning good citizenship and youth on the 30th of April 2008 at the Saad Dahleb university in Blida, under the slogan: For the Youth: An Evolving Consciousness and good citizenship.

The essential aims of the conference are to highlight the importance of good citizenship by leading a discussion concerning the problems faced by youth, with the aims of conveying their concerns to the organizations involved in assuring them. The conference will devote itself to highlighting the role that the scouts can play in generating a good citizenship spirit in the youth, which is intended to preserve the national spirit and promote a culture of good citizenship. Officially superintending the opening will be the General Commander of the Algerian Muslim Scouts, Mr. Nourreddine Ben Brahm.
